Mandated by the Kentucky General Assembly in 1997 to become a Top 20 Public University in Research by 2020.
Increase Faculty.
Increase Enrollment by 7000 students.
Increase Expenditures to over $700 million dollars.
Set up benchmarks and comparison to other Top 20 universities.
University of Kentucky is currently ranked 35th out of 88 public research universities.
Overall goal to push UK into a top 20 facility while
